Once purchased, you then receive an email about collecting your travel pass. You can load the travel pass onto your OV-chipkaart at an OV-chipkaart machine in the Netherlands. Once uploaded, you can travel using the travel pass using the check-in and check-out functions just as you would with other products from service providers.
