I have lost my OV-chipkaart. Can I request a new card?

In the case of loss or theft of your card, you need to block it immediately. To do so you must telephone customer service of Maastricht Bereikbaar (043 - 799 94 09). Customer service will then check whether in your circumstances you can apply for a new OV-chipkaart.
